On Thursday, July 30th, Rosmarino is packing its bags and heading to France — and we're taking you with us.
Each course of our five-course dinner celebrates a different region of France, paired with a wine that tells that region's story. Meridith Ring of fine wine importer VINTUS will be your guide — sharing the history, the terroir, and the romance behind every pour in a way that's warm, engaging, and completely unpretentious.
Our tour takes us through five legendary regions:
Provence — Roseblood Rosé
Burgundy — Domaine Chanson Bourgogne Chardonnay
Rhône — E. Guigal Syrah Côtes du Rhône
Bordeaux — Château Tour Bayard Red Blend
Loire Valley — Langlois Crémant de Loire
Chef Margarito has crafted a five-course menu of French Bistro favorites to complement each wine — elegant, seasonal, and deeply satisfying.
