Tips for Change Tuesdays at Rosmarino

Every Tuesday evening, we turn our dining room over to a local nonprofit — and let their people run the show.

Here's how it works: volunteers from the organization serve as waitstaff for the night, their supporters come out for a special dinner, and every dollar in tips plus a percentage of sales goes directly to the cause. Our team handles the kitchen, bar, and everything behind the scenes so volunteers can focus on having fun and raising money.

The evening features a specially curated three-course prix fixe dinner — soup or salad, a choice of entrée, and dessert. À la carte appetizers, salads, and pastas are also available, along with a kids' menu for the little ones.

It's a night your community will talk about — and a meaningful way to fund the work you do.
